At 3 Peaks Fence, we build strong, reliable fences for southern Utah families and property owners. If you need more privacy, a safe place for kids or animals, or a fence that holds up to our weather, we’ll get the job done right.

Protecting What Matters Most

Honest Work and Fences Built the Right Way

At 3 Peaks Fence, we take pride in building fences that help people feel safer, more private, and more at home on their land. Whether you’re keeping kids safe in the backyard, keeping animals where they need to be, or securing your property, we’re here to build something solid for you.

We install and repair vinyl, wood, chainlink, and farm fencing for homes, businesses, and large properties. Big jobs, small jobs, and everything in between. You tell us what you need, and we’ll get it done.

Why Our Method Works

The Strength and Clean Look of Minimal Dig Fencing

Most fence companies dig wide holes and pour concrete. It’s been done that way for years, but it also leads to frost heaving, yard damage, and more cleanup than anyone expects.

We take a cleaner, stronger approach.

With minimal dig fencing, we drive industrial grade steel posts more than 48 inches deep into the ground. The result is a rock solid foundation that holds up to southern Utah’s weather without the mess of concrete.

  • Minimal dig fencing gives you:
  • No large piles of leftover dirt
  • Less mess in your yard
  • Faster installation
  • No concrete curing time
  • A deeper, stronger fence foundation

This method works with vinyl, wood, chainlink, and farm fence installations. The steel post does the heavy lifting, and we attach the visible fence materials using modern, secure systems that keep everything sturdy and looking good.

Fence Options We Offer

Built for Southern Utah Weather and Your Peace of Mind

Vinyl Fence

We use Country Estate Vinyl backed by a 50 year manufacturer warranty. Our rails are larger and stronger than what most companies use, and our steel-post system helps your fence stand up to strong winds without bending or popping apart. Clean look. Long lifespan. Low maintenance.

Wood Fence

Wood fences look great, but wood posts don’t last. That’s why we build wood fences with steel posts hidden inside so you get the look of wood without the weak points. We use western red cedar and stainless steel nails to prevent streaking and warping. Built to look good and stay strong.

Chainlink Fence

Our chainlink fences use industrial grade pipe that holds up against wind, weather, and long-term use. If you want privacy, we offer durable slats in multiple colors or factory inserted slats for up to 95 percent privacy. Posts are spaced closer together to keep the fence straight for years.

Farm Fence

Farm owners have enough on their plate. We build farm fences with steel posts, welded braces, and high tensile wire that’s more than twice as strong as the low carbon wire most people are used to. It holds tension better, stands up to animals, and lasts for years without constant repairs.

Fence Repairs

Fences take a beating out here in southern Utah. Wind, sun, animals, and time can wear things down. If you’ve got a broken post, a sagging gate, or a section that needs some attention, we can take care of it for you.

Whether we installed your fence or not, we’re happy to help get it back in shape so it keeps doing its job. No repair is too small. If it matters to you, it matters to us.

We build fences throughout Washington County, Iron County, and the surrounding southern Utah communities. If you’re somewhere in this region, there’s a good chance we can take care of you. Just reach out and we’ll let you know.

Yes. If you’d like a rough idea of pricing before we come out, you can use our online budget tool. It’ll give you a ballpark number so you know what to expect.

We rely on property markers or a current survey. We build where you tell us, but the homeowner is responsible for confirming property lines.
Start times range from about a week to several weeks depending on weather, crew availability, and current projects. We’ll keep you updated.

We require a 50% deposit to secure materials and your spot on the schedule. Please clear the fence line and about ten feet around it, and keep pet waste cleaned up.

It helps to be there when we lay out the fence line. After that, you’re welcome to stay or leave. We just ask that you keep a safe distance while we’re working.
Most fences are finished within a week, sometimes sooner depending on size and ground conditions.
Yes. Weather may cause delays, but we keep projects moving.
Those are utility locators marking underground lines. It’s required before we dig or drive posts. They don’t mark private lines like sprinklers, so let us know if you know where those run.
Sometimes. We use a mini skid steer to move materials and drive posts. We use protective mats when possible and do our best to minimize disturbance.

From the Owner

Thanks For Trusting Us

I started 3 Peaks Fence because folks around here deserve a fence that’s built solid and built honest. I was raised to take pride in my work and to do things right the first time, even if it takes a little more effort. That’s still how I run this business today.

When we show up to your place, we treat your property the way we’d want someone to treat ours. I know what it means to keep kids safe in the backyard, keep animals where they belong, and keep a place looking clean and taken care of. That stuff matters, and we don’t take it lightly.

I’m proud of the fences we build and grateful for the families, farmers, and good folks who trust us with their land. If you ever need anything or want to add more later on, just give me a call. We’ll take care of you and make sure your fence is something you can count on for years. Thanks for letting us be part of your project.
